New Lead In Tabitha Tuders' Case

By: Nick Beres

There are new developments tonight in the Tabitha Tuders missing person case.

Tabitha Tuders vanished without a trace on April 29, 2003.
Since then her family and volunteers have searched the Tuders' east Nashville neighborhood ... posters about the missing girl hang in storefronts and schools ... the Tuders have even turned to a psychic for help.

And, detectives continue to track dozens of leads ... some more promising than others.

The latest lead was discovered by sheriff's deputies at the county jail last month. On January 9th, they reported finding etchings on a window of a jail cell.

Whatever was written -- and police won't say -- it is apparently of some interest.

The Shawn Hornbeck Foundation contacted her family over a month ago and told them her domain name of web site expired.

So far no action has been taken to bring the web site back up.

Project Jason announces that Tabitha is the current 18 Wheel Angel campaign. Her campaign will continue through February 15th.

18 Wheel Angels is a national missing person's locator program in which truck drivers or other business travelers are recruited to place posters of a specific missing person along the way as they travel.

For additional information, please see:

http://www.projectjason.org/18wheel.html

You do not need to be a truck driver to help please posters.

You can also help by telling any truck drivers or trucking companies you know about this program.

Please also visit Tabitha's website at

Thank you.

NCMEC has done an age-progression photo of Tabitha. You can see it on her poster. Please print one and place it for Tabitha and her family. Thank you.

Now that Shawn Hornbeck has been found, let's focus on finding Tabitha who could just as easily be in the same situation Shawn was.  She could be hidden in plain sight.  As could Jason Jolkowski, Maura Murray, Beaner Warner, and even Jacob Wetterling, Brooke Wilberger, Amy Bradley, Natalee Holloway, or maybe even Rachel.   There are so many missing, and someone, somewhere, has to know something.

Hope for another miracle or 20!

LET US all get back into this

Some HOW!!!  I am sad to see that the messages just tapered off and so many of the urls and websites are not even good.

I called the mayor of Nashville a few minutes ago.  I just think that they should know that they don't even have a photo of her under their missing persons link on nashville.gov and the mayor has a big picture of himself and he claims that among his priorities are improving schools and making neighborhoods safer.

glad to see Tabitha has not been forgotten. I don't know her, but I did call amw when I heard about the incident through a neighbor of hers who drove me to and from the hotel when I would be in Nashville for work.  I FELT THE MEDIA AND THE METRO POLICE was not getting the word out. I steel think of her often I  am very saddened to not have any new info. MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO ALL THE PARENTS AND LOVED ONES OF ALL MISSING PERSONS .

I cannot find anyone who will assist with my investigation. I am attempting to keep this story in the media, but can find no one who is willing to come forth with information or assistance.
With all of the news and focus on lost and missing right now, you would think Tabitha, Nashville's most 'famous' missing child case, would be forefront.
Again, if you knew her, please contact me for an interview. Currently my readership is very high and if I can keep her name in the news it might stir up a memory or anything to help find out what happened.
